All plans are approved by the town’s building code and by zoning enforcement.
We take care of all the required permits and inspections.
We can modify plans you already have, choose from a large inventory we have or draft an entire set of plans with your input.
Site Work
R.J. Tessier can perform all necessary surveying, soil, water, septic and other engineering tasks.
All surveying and septic design are completed by Geometres Blue Hills, of Farmington NH. Geometres Blue Hills staff are familiar with all the local planning and zoning boards. They work with us from initial site reviews through zoning board approval, if required.
Site work is completed by Mackinnon and Sons Excavating, Somersworth NH. A full service excavation company and licensed septic installers.
B. K. Hillsgrove Hauling, Barrington NH, is used for york raking and seeding each site upon completion.
Foundations
Howse Foundations, Barrington NH, are a professional concrete contractor. They take the time to insure the site is properly prepared and the foundation is built to fit the contour of the land and style of home.
Building Construction
Our framing is completed by SRM Building Construction of Berwick, ME. With over 20 years framing experience. Each detail is done to our standards. With frequent job site inspections by project managers we are able to identify any possible issues and take care of them before they become a problem.
Remodeling
Remodeling is a project that can be very invasive in your day to day living. Depending on the size of the project it may mean you need to relocate during construction. We work to make it the best possible experience. We have a full range of sub contractors capable of doing the smallest carpentry job to a complete home renovation.
Custom Cabinets and Millwork
We are a Wellborn Forest Cabinet Dealer. They are makers of quality semi custom cabinets. We also have a finish carpenter for cabinet installations, custom woodwork and custom cabinets. Our carpenters work with the customers to insure each detail is completed as expected.
Carpeting and Flooring
Working with Don Marcotte Flooring LLC, we are distributors for flooring from the Belknap White Group and Bliss Coronet Carpeting and Fitzgerald Tile. We have a showroom with carpeting, tile and hardwood samples. We sell to our construction customers and to the public. We have a range of professional installers from the local area.
